Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your posts, deals and connections stay.
Is there a free trial?
No. The free plan is free forever, and you can upgrade whenever Pro becomes useful to you.
How are taxes handled?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address, and shown before you pay.
What is your refund policy?
Subscriptions aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. Promotions are refundable until they start, and Expert Reviews are refunded in full if they aren't assigned within 72 hours or delivered on time.

No. ID verification and every badge (Business, Revenue, Funded, Investor and more) are free for everyone.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change your billing period anytime in Manage subscription. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe and supports cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. RUV Labs never sees your card number.
By upgrading you agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe for ISCT LLC.
