Deal Room questions
Who can list a startup in the Deal Room?
Verified members: you need ID verification and a complete profile. The free plan includes 1 active listing; RUV Labs Pro includes 3.
Who can see my listing?
Only signed-in RUV Labs members. Deal Room pages are excluded from search engines. With a blind listing, your company name and logo stay hidden until you decide to share them.
How many deals can investors view for free?
Free members can open the details of 5 different listings in any rolling 24 hours. Opening a listing you already viewed in that window doesn't count again. RUV Labs Pro removes the limit.
What is Request Intro?
A Pro feature for investors: a message of up to 1,000 characters that appears at the top of the founder's message requests, labeled as an intro from the Deal Room and showing the investor's badges. The founder decides whether to accept.
Does RUV Labs take a fee when I raise money?
No. RUV Labs does not take part in investment transactions, does not handle funds and does not charge success fees. We charge only for RUV Labs Pro and optional purchases like Deal Spotlight or Expert Review.
Can I announce my fundraise in the feed?
No. Fundraising listings live only in the Deal Room. The Investing feed is for investors sharing what they invest in.
